1. အျပည့္စံု ျဖည့္ထားတဲ့ Form 14A (ဓာတ္ပံုအပါအဝင္)
2. visa application reference number ပါတဲ့ not successful ဆိုတဲ့စာ
3. ေလွ်ာက္သူရဲ႕ passport copy
4. Sponsor ရဲ႕ NRIC (Local contact)
5. ICA officer ကို ေရးထားတဲ့ သနားခံစာ (appeal letter) တို႔ကိုယူၿပီး 

sponsor ေပးသူကိုယ္တိုင္ Lavender MRT မွာရွိတဲ့ ICA ရံုးရဲ႕ ၄ လႊာ short term visitor service မွာ Q ယူ officer နဲ႔ ေတြ႕ၿပီးရွင္းျပပါ တင္ခဲ့ပါ။ ပိုက္ဆံထပ္ေပးစရာမလိုအပ္ပါ။ ေအာက္က appeal letter ကိုမွီျငမ္းႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ေနာက္ထပ္ chance နဲၿပီး လြယ္တဲ့နည္းကေတာ့
ဒီ ica_save_helpdesk@ica.gov.sg ဆိုတဲ့ email address ကို အေပၚကစရြက္ေတြကို scan ဖတ္ၿပီး email ဖတ္သူ အဆံုးထိဖတ္ခ်င္ေအာင္ cover ေလးေရးၿပီး ပို႔လိုက္ပါေလ။
