အဂၤလိပ္စကား ေျပာဆိုရာတြင္ အသံုးမ်ားေသာ၊ အသံုးဝင္ေသာ စကားလံုးတြဲမ်ား (Phrases) ႏွင့္ စကားေျပာ ပံုစံ (Pattern) မ်ားကို ဆက္လက္ မွ်ေဝလိုက္ပါသည္။ ေဖာ္ျပထားေသာ ဥပမာ ဝါက်မ်ားကို အေျခခံကာ လိုအပ္သလို ဆပြား အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါသည္။

တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကို ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ္လည္း မည့္သည့္ အက်ိဳးရလဒ္၊ အက်ိဳးေက်းဇူးမရရွိသည့္ ကိစၥမ်ိဳးကို ေျပာလိုလွ်င္ ေဖာ္ျပပါ ပံုစံကို အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ငိုေနလို႔လည္း အလကားပဲ။

မင္းအခ်ိန္မီ ၿပီးဖို႔ အေၾကာင္းမရွိဘူး။

အဲဒါကို သူတို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ဖို႔ အေၾကာင္းမရွိဘူး။

အဲဒီျမင္းက ခုန္ဖို႔ အေၾကာင္းမရွိဘူး။

The point is that + (subject + verb) - ဆိုလိုတဲ့အခ်က္က

The point သည္ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ အယူအဆ၊ ထင္ျမင္ခ်က္ကို စတင္ေဖာ္ျပေသာ စကားျဖစ္ၿပီး အမွန္ တကယ္ ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ေသာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကို ေျပာလိုေသာအခါ ေဖာ္ျပပါပံုစံကို အသံုးျပဳပါသည္။
- The point is that if you study you will do well in school.
ဆိုလိုတဲ့အခ်က္က မင္းေလ့လာသင္ယူရင္ ေက်ာင္းမွာ ေကာင္းေကာင္း အဆင္ေျပမယ္။
